A four panel Oak Framed screen, the screen is c 1880, and is decorated with original scraps, the pictures used are advertisements for " Pears Soap " and could be bought each week to make your own screen designs, a sort of Victorian product placement, There are over 300 seperate scraps , The reverse of the screen is covered in a black Chinoiserie fabric.

The screen is a little scuffed but will restore well.

A Russian Giltwood Cabinet, there are two rattan breathing front doors with original silk lining, the ends of the cabinet are decorated with gesso arrows, quivers, and wheat sheaf.

There is egg and dart decoration to the top edge, over a vitruvian scroll.

The gilding is worn to a great patina, the 19c brass handles are all original, inside the compactum there are five drawers to the right and four slides to the left.

The cabinet is made from the finest quality woods, the outside is carved and decorated in gold leaf,

19c " Horn Of Cornucopia " The horn is held in a decorative mount, there is a Coronet mid way up the horn, the cup top is surmounted with a rampant Lion holding a shield. This piece has not been silver tested and so is described as white metal, there are makers stamps to the base they read W F F P. perhaps continental silver marks.
